Listens to audio from the RI, does voice activity detection, sends voice fragments.

To test:

  • Unit tests pass in the CI/CD pipeline
  • Run the integration as described in the README
  • Run the FastAPI server and the feat/stream-audio branch of the RI
    • When speaking, you should see console messages saying speech started and ended
